Dominic is a Paralegal with a recent background in corporate law, working in particular on funding rounds for small and medium size enterprises, specialising in setting up Enterprise Management Incentive share option schemes. Before changing career paths, Dominic spent 10 years as a professional musician, teaching, recording and touring with bands and artists from around the world. His expertise and knowledge of the music industry make him uniquely suited to his new career in Intellectual Property law.
Since joining Hansel Henson in 2019, Dominic has worked on a range of trade mark and design disputes, as well as focusing on the protection and enforcement of clients’ IP rights on major online platforms.
Dominic spent three years working pro bono as a McKenzie Friend for litigants in person in the family and civil courts, and gained litigation experience while interning at News UK.
He graduated from Sussex University in 2017 and is in the process of training to be a solicitor.
