Leading Intellectual Property and Digital Media law firm, Hansel Henson, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justine Flockhart to partner. The promotion takes the firm’s total number of partners to three.

Justine has been a solicitor with the Fitzrovia-based firm of solicitors since its inception in 2009. Justine specialises in intellectual property creation, protection and exploitation.  This encompasses advising clients on what IP rights they have and how to protect them, drafting agreements to commercialise such rights, and acting on both sides of the fence in IP infringement matters.
