Bianka focuses on intellectual property, commercial and dispute resolution matters, with a particular interest in soft intellectual property rights and trade mark law.

Bianka qualified as a solicitor in September 2026 and joined Hansel Henson following her training contract at Pinsent Masons. During her training, she gained experience advising clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including intellectual property, commercial litigation and competition law.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Bianka was a Legal Intern at Sandoz, a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, where she worked closely with the legal team on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and day-to-day legal support for the business.

Bianka studied Law at Royal Holloway, University of London, including a year abroad at the University of Florida in the United States. She qualified via the SQE route and is also fluent in Slovak and Czech.
