Fabiana’s practice focuses on intellectual property and digital media. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and then worked in the legal department of a European IP Attorneys city branch.

Prior to joining Hansel Henson, Fabiana gained comprehensive experience in dealing with IP disputes; assisting an array of clients in protecting their trade marks and advising on infringement and opposition proceedings and UDRPs, as well as enforcing foreign judgments.

Her experience spans other areas of law such as commercial contracts, contract disputes, debt recovery claims, data protection, charity and corporate law.

Fabiana holds degrees in common law and civil law. She graduated from the Second University of Naples (Italy) with a degree in Law. The title of her dissertation (for which she received a first) was ‘Intellectual Property and the Internet’. She completed the GDL and LPC (for which she received a distinction) with BPP University in London and Cambridge respectively.

She is fluent in both Italian and English.
