Hannah advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with particular expertise in trade marks, passing off, designs and copyright.

She works with clients across a variety of sectors, including luxury, retail, food and beverage and other FMCG, and media and entertainment. Hannah advises on brand protection, exploitation and growth strategies, helping businesses protect, commercialise and maximise the value of their intellectual property assets.

A significant part of Hannah's practice focuses on intellectual property enforcement and disputes. She provides strategic and commercially focused advice at all stages of a dispute, from pre-action investigations and negotiations through to litigation where necessary. Hannah has experience acting in proceedings before the High Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and works closely with clients and counsel to deliver effective and pragmatic outcomes. Hannah also has substantial experience in anti-counterfeiting and online enforcement programmes. She advises on innovative enforcement strategies, including platform takedown procedures, domain name disputes and other measures designed to combat infringement and protect brand value.

Hannah also has extensive experience advising on complex commercial arrangements involving intellectual property. She regularly negotiates and drafts IP licensing agreements, brand collaborations, and other arrangements relating to the exploitation of brands and creative assets. She also advises on high-value brand extension projects, helping clients expand into new product categories and markets while preserving brand integrity and long-term commercial value.
