Sarah specialises in intellectual property, contract and commercial law.  

Sarah’s practice includes: (a) drafting and negotiating licence agreements (in particular software and SaaS arrangements), as well as other commercial agreements within the technology and digital media sector, including video game and film finance; (b) supporting clients through funding rounds, from seed and Series A onwards, under BVCA or bespoke terms, as well as assisting clients in transactions to exit; and (c) other ad-hoc commercial and compliance advice including CAP Code, UK GDPR and DPA 2018 compliance.

Sarah graduated with a first class degree from University College London before training and qualifying as a solicitor. Sarah joined Hansel Henson in October 2016, having previously spent five years in the London office of the San Francisco based firm Morrison & Foerster.
