Visha is a Chartered Trade Mark and Design Attorney, with over 10 years’ experience in the field of intellectual property, having worked in the UK and the Middle East. 

Specialising in worldwide brand protection, portfolio management and enforcement, Visha advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious trade mark and design right matters including; trade mark clearances, filings, prosecutions, oppositions, cancellations and invalidity actions.   

Her international experience is particularly valuable to businesses with extensive global trade mark portfolios.  She assists clients ranging from SMEs to leading multinational corporations across a variety of industries, with a particular specialism in the entertainment and media sectors.
