Third Kind Games sale to Virtuos
Specialist Gaming lawyers, Sarah Wells, Tom Henson and Margaux Augé acted for the shareholders on the sale of Third Kind Games (one of the largest independent game developers in the UK) to Virtuos (a global video game development company headquartered in Singapore), establishing Virtuos’ presence in the UK for the first time. Hansel Henson’s long standing experience in the games industry and similarly that of the other advisors at Lvl Up and Aream & Co was important in bringing this deal to fruition.
