Alice qualified in May 2025, having trained at the firm. She assists with soft intellectual property, media, contract and commercial law matters, as well as intellectual property infringement matters.

Alice advises on the practical protection, ownership and transfer of intellectual property rights, and assists with contentious matters where intellectual property issues are at the centre of a commercial dispute. She also works with technology, media, creative and brand-led businesses on commercial contracts and investment rounds, supporting clients with the relevant contractual/transactional documents and practical steps needed to take those matters through to completion.

Alice has a particular interest in the legal and practical impact of AI. She advises clients on the legal and commercial issues that can arise from using or developing AI tools. She has also been involved in the firm’s internal adoption of Microsoft Copilot, helping the team use Copilot safely and effectively in its day-to-day work.

Alice read Physics & Philosophy at King’s College London before completing her LLM at BPP Law School with a distinction.
