Karan specialises in corporate and commercial law. 

He advises on  investments as well as acting for clients buying and selling their businesses. Karan also focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

During his training contract at Reed Smith (the London office of a US law firm) he undertook seats in corporate restructuring, general corporate and M&A. He also spent time on secondment at Shell Plc, advising on commercial contracts and assisting with corporate transactions including acquisitions and joint ventures.

Karan recently worked in a Tier 1 ranked team at an international law firm advising partnerships and LLPs (mainly in the professional services sector) on strategic and governance issues and during transactions. 

He graduated with a 2:1 from the University of Manchester with a Bachelors of Law degree and has an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law.
