Sarah specialises in intellectual property, contract and commercial law. Sarah has particular experience in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on a wide variety of commercial contracts, especially those relating to technology. For this work Chambers & Partners notes clients have described Sarah as having "splendid attention to detail", being "pragmatic" and giving "tremendous confidence in what you are doing".
Sarah also has experience in advising on the IP, technology and on-going transitional services aspects of various acquisitions; issues and contracts related to e-commerce, including mobile App and website terms and conditions; and handling contractual and licensing matters in the games sector.
Sarah graduated with a first class degree from University College London before training and qualifying as a solicitor. Sarah joined Hansel Henson in October 2016, having previously spent five years in the London office of the San Francisco based firm Morrison & Foerster.
